By downloading or using Doku, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of the service
Doku is a daily puzzle game inspired by sudoku, developed by Happy App Studio. Every day offers a new themed grid, the same one for all players, along with an endless free-play mode.
User account
Some features require an account, created via Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for the activities that take place under it.
Use of the app
You agree to use Doku in compliance with applicable laws and with respect for other players. Any abusive or fraudulent use, or any use intended to distort the leaderboards, is prohibited. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Username and friends
You choose a username that is visible to other players. It must remain respectful and must not infringe the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate username.
Intellectual property
All content in the app (design, illustrations, puzzles, text, code) is the exclusive property of Happy App Studio. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
Advertising
Doku may display ads through third-party networks such as Google AdMob. These ads may be targeted based on anonymized data. Displaying ads is an integral part of the free offering.
Doku+ subscription
Doku may offer a Doku+ subscription giving access to additional features and the removal of ads. The subscription is managed through your Apple or Google account and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refund will be issued for the current subscription period.
Limitation of liability
Doku is provided « as is ». Happy App Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Under no circumstances shall Happy App Studio be held liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the app.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
Changes to the terms
Happy App Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published in the app. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
